The something of a thousand winds...long story short a harem was accomodated here. These windows allowed them to look at processions in the street below without being seen.
This is a large selection of pretty nifty astrological instruments. Large sundials, celestial body trackers etc. All made by quite a clever maharajah
Pigeons finding a better use for a crystal chandeleir
Our bathroom (!)
one of two massive silver urns for an important chappy who was a devout hindu. After coming in contact with non-hindus he had to burn his clothes and wash himself in ganga water. So he had these two silver urns made for his trip to England. They each held 900 litres.
