Fish ahoy!
Well today made up for the crap fishing so far. I was out early this morning and caught a whopper of a largemouth bass. Three and a half pounds, 18 inches long and it took me about 5 minutes to reel him in and wear him out enough to land him in the boat.
I went out a half hour later and tried for some lake trout and caught one - 21 inches long and 2.5 pounds.
Not a bad morning at all!
